What To Expect From Your Visit

One of our goals is to make sure that you get the most out of your visit to our office. Maximizing your experience requires preparation, patience and participation. In order to help you prepare for your visit, we have provided some helpful tips below.

You will need to bring the following items to your appointment:

  • Your Insurance Card
  • Photo ID
  • Previous Medical Records: Include MRI/CT scan/bone densitometry or x-ray reports
  • List of Your Medications: Include the dose and the times you take them
  • List of Your Concerns: Include any issues or questions you want to discuss with your physician
  • Your Payment: Please be prepared to pay your deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance and any other amounts due at the time of your visit

Registration Process

If you are a new patient, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your office visit to complete our in-office registration process.

Serving You is Our Priority

We have proudly offered rapid evaluation and scheduling for urgent problems without the additional charge of a concierge service. On average, the time spent with each patient varies depending on the individual’s needs and complexity of their issues.  Our doctors make every effort to stay on schedule and respect the time of every patient. Unfortunately, emergencies and unforeseen complications can arise and cause adjustments to scheduling. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations. Be assured that our doctors strive to give you the very same attention during your appointment.

Insurance

We participate with most major insurances. Please call our office or click HERE to view our accepted insurances list to confirm that we participate with your insurance.
